EVERYONE IS A TRUMPETR

Everybody wants to be heard of. All want to blow the trumpet to be heard of but few get to find the trumpet. Of the few who found it, some are scared to blow it for the fear of their neighbour(s) complain of noise. Some scared of the myth if you blow a trumpet you will have a blown cheek. Others are scared of not blowing a palatable sound. Only few of this few are ready to blow the trumpet with no fear of none of that begotten by others. They did and are heard of. They are fearless, some are even criticised for blowing noise in place of sound but they never stop-they were later applauded for the fine tune they blow; which was considered noise before.
All human beings are trumpeters but only few find their own tune. Most are blowing other people's tune and as it is known that you can never own a house by helping someone to lay his house bricks; you only own one when you build yours(or buy).
People appreciate tunes(music) based on two things: Its distinction and its meaningfulness. The few people who are able to blow their tune after overcoming the fears in the first paragraph story are those who discover who they have to be.  Some people actually discovered who they have to be but due to the illustrated fears-they are scared of blowing their own distinct,meaningful,and lovely tune. No wonder John Mason in his book ''The Impossible is possible'' wrote Everyone is born original; most die fakes.
My question to you is 'have you discovered who you have to be? ' Know thyself

5 Minutes Mistakes

A lot of mistakes could be avoided if the future consequences is being considered. I was rushing home one day and was feeling like releasing my excretory system of the fecal matter in my anus. The more I run to get home faster, the more the agony of this need increases. It got to a point I thought of finding a bush to ease myself, then something occurred to me - five minutes mistake, a lifetime regret. Producing Many

Productivity is the measure of products turn out. All human beings are production machine and their achievement/success is the measure of the total number of life they impacted in their lifetime. All rich men or savvy entrepreneurs as I like to refer them found a problem and provided the solution; thus paid for finding solution to such problem. There is no rule of nothing for something in life. Nature is a great and wise negotiator. You only win a contract you worth and not the one you wish. To know a true leader, check out his/her successor. If the successor is worse, then you have your answer, you have just discovered another manager, not a leader.
