 Trivalence as I like to be called eventhough my real name is Sobowale Rasheed is currently  studying Anatomy at Olabisi Onabanjo University(formerly Ogun State University), Ogun State, Nigeria. I am a motivational speaker and have spoken in various High Schools hostels and Seminars. I have conducted a seminar for University students and have a seminar company ''TRIVALENCE LEARNING ANNEX''.
 I will love to see a world where people can get advice and solutions on bothering issue without going through the stressof booking time with a counsellor. My objective is to see a world where everybody can draw inspiration to do anything from within. We don't need words of encouragement to motivate ourselves provided we have enough in our subconcious archive.
 I am a medical student with strong believe in holistic medicine.

The more I run to get home faster, the more the agony of this need increases. Producing Many

Productivity is the measure of products turn out. All human beings are production machine and their achievement/success is the measure of the total number of life they impacted in their lifetime. All rich men or savvy entrepreneurs as I like to refer them found a problem and provided the solution; thus paid for finding solution to such problem. There is no rule of nothing for something in life. Nature is a great and wise negotiator. You only win a contract you worth and not the one you wish. To know a true leader, check out his/her successor. If the successor is worse, then you have your answer, you have just discovered another manager, not a leader. Managers never allow a better person to succeed them; leaders build better successor to succeed them. Until you start producing better people than yourself; success is inachievable. Hibernation and Active State

To hibernate simply means to be inactive for some period of time due to certain factors. In life, to succeed you must learn to hibernate; not just to hibernate but know when to. A fish never hibernates in the raining season - mud fish know the dry season is the right time to get deep into the mud to hibernate. Whenever you generate a great idea you would like to execute, don't dash straight to its execution; get hibernated. At this time, even your friends might think you are unserious. But this is the time for you to strategize. One of my mentors Mark Cuban illustrated one of this hibernation scenario ''...Nothing  but  the  best  as  I prepared  for  my journey into  entrepreneurial  territory  again. I  could  say I was  preoccupied  with how  to  get  my new business  off  the  ground,  that  while  my friends  got  drunk,  did stupid  tourist  tricks  and  ate  at  greasy spoons,  I sat  by the pool  on the  one  chaise  longue  chair  with rust  on the  clean side
